If you think that Cosmopolitan Magazine is just good for sex tips and ways to please your man, well you’re wrong. They’re also in the business of making dreams come true. Well at least my dreams. The wonderful people at Cosmopolitan have come up with the brilliant concept of imagining Disney Princesses as Britney Spears. That’s right, Disney Princesses as the Princess of Pop. Why has this never been done before. Cosmopolitan Magazine teamed up with artist Isaiah Stephens to pay homage to Britney’s amazing and iconic career. Each Disney Princess is drawn different Britney eras. As a devout Disney fan and preacher of Godney I am all for this. Thank you Cosmopolitan for these truly iconic pieces of art.
Thanksgiving has always been one of my favourite holidays. It’s a day to take a break from your no-carb diet and binge eat turkey drenched with gravy and mountains of buttery mashed potatoes. Sure hanging with my family can be a little exhausting. But as long as my plate has turkey and my wine glass is full I can tolerate six hours of my slightly racist uncle and obnoxious younger cousins. According to Wikipedia Thanksgiving is a day “which celebrates the harvest and other blessings of the past year.” Now that I’m sufficiently stuff from my two Thanksgiving meals, and working on a hefty piece of pumpkin pie, I’ve had time to ponder what I’m thankful for this year. This past year has given me a lot of things to be thankful for.
Frappuccinos are a summer staple at Starbucks. Everyone rushes to the nearest Starbucks for these cool sugary drinks. And as a barista I may loathe making frapps I can’t deny that they are refreshing and delicious. But what could possibly make these high-in-calorie delectable treats better? By adding a little pop! Being the stellar barista and pop culture enthusiast I am, I came up with six special frappuccinos based on today’s biggest pop divas. They are all equally sweet and amazing so you better try them all. Enjoy!
